By accessing this website or engaging Amjad Iqbal for development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Amjad Iqbal provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

Laravel application development
Filament admin panel development
Open-source package development
Full-stack web application development
Technical consultation and architecture advice

Intellectual Property

All work produced under a client agreement transfers full intellectual property rights to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Open-source packages and public repositories remain under the MIT License and are not subject to exclusive transfer.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." Amjad Iqbal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
